Proposal for the renovation of a company dormitory overlooking the station square. The project had to take into account the relationship with the city.

各住戸は、SOHOやキッチンなどの「一芸」に秀でたものとする。一芸というのは、外部と関係をもちうる用途の比重を高めたものとする。このような一芸住宅を通じて、共同住宅の共用部との関係性を高め、また地域社会の資源とのネットワークを構築することを提案した。
Each apartment should have a greater emphasis on uses that can relate to the outside, such as SOHOs and kitchens. Through these groups of houses, the relationship with the communal areas will be enhanced, as well as networking with local community resources.
