URみさと団地における実験店舗である。カフェ、住民ライブラリーおよび棚貸しのショップからなっている。
It is an experimental store in UR Misato housing complex. It consists of cafes, resident libraries and shelves.

BOOKs can be closed and moved, leaving products and books on the shelf as they are.
URみさと団地は住民が１万人以上おり、多世代・多国籍であることも特徴である。このような住民の多様性を活かして、小商いを介したコミュニティ空間をつくった。DIY前提で、格安予算で実施されたプロジェクトのため、市販品の流用を前提に検討した。
家具はKOYAと３つのBOOKからなる。KOYAは店番のいるカウンターであり、BOOKは小商いのための貸し棚である。
The UR Misato housing complex has more than 10,000 residents, and is also characterized by multiple generations and multinational. Taking advantage of these diversity of residents, we created a community space through small merchants. Laboratory of Small Economy consists of one KOYA and three BOOKS: the KOYA is a counter with a storekeeper, and the BOOKS are rental shelves for small businesses.
