長野スクールプロジェクト（NSD）のひとつ。知的障がいをもつ児童・生徒たちの特別支援学校の一部を建て替えて増築し、既存校舎は改修する。ラーニングストリートを新しい骨格として、雁行した中学部棟など、小さな居場所を組み込んだ校舎をつくる。隣接する小学校や公民館との関係もより深化させ、地域の中であるべき特別支援学校の姿を追求している。基本設計を終え、2024年度は実施設計中。
This is one of the projects of the Nagano Schools Project (NSD). Renovation and extension of a special school for children and students with intellectual disabilities. The school building will be constructed with a ‘Learning Street’ as a new spine, incorporating small living spaces.
